Job Purpose
To lead and manage all domestic sales operations, driving revenue growth, market penetration, and customer engagement. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key relationships with dealers and distributors, coordinating sales events, and monitoring team performance to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations Management
- Oversee all sales activities within the country to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve annual targets and drive revenue growth.
2. Market Penetration and Strategy Development
- Create and implement region-specific strategies to increase market penetration and expand the customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and assess competitive advantages in key domestic markets.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers to drive sales.
- Provide ongoing support to distributors and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Coordination of Sales Events
- Coordinate and actively participate in roadshows, demos, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Utilize sales events to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase market share.
5. Team Coordination and Performance Monitoring
- Lead and manage the domestic sales team to ensure alignment with business objectives and achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor YQM (Yearly Quality Metrics) and TAP (Team Achievement Parameters) to evaluate team performance.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance data and key metrics.
Skills & Qualification:
