Job Purpose:
To oversee rotor and stator manufacturing operations and motor assembly processes, including TIG welding, power press operations, CNC, and lathe machining. The role is responsible for achieving daily production targets while ensuring high quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end rotor and stator manufacturing operations and motor assembly processes.
- Supervise activities including TIG welding, power press operations, CNC, and lathe machining.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols and implement corrective measures where necessary.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for enhanced efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
Skills & Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Strong knowledge of rotor and stator manufacturing processes.
- Experience with TIG welding, power press operations, CNC, and lathe machining.
- Production planning and execution skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
