Job Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing production planning and control activities within the organization. Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
Key Responsbilities:
- Pending customer order analysis
- Liaising with production and plant PPC department for the pending order production
- Prepare in-house or interplant material shortage SKU wise of the pending customer orders
- Prepare outsource material shortage SKU wise of the pending customer orders
- Liaising with material management department for the shortage material procurement as per customer order shortage and safety stock
- Analysis of shortfall material to fulfil the safety stock
- Review pending production orders and complete these with the co-ordination of production department
- Co-ordinate with the sales department for their requirements and to make them aware about the current orders delivery
- Reviewing sales forecasts and customer demands to understand the product demands in the market
- Planning production schedules to fulfil orders effectively taking planning time, routing and product quantities into account
- Monitoring stock levels in raw materials, semi-finish and finished products to ensure a smooth production process
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow.

Skills & Qualification:
- B.Tech./MBA/Diploma
- 2+Experience in related field
- MS-office, Advance excel
- SAP PP/MM module
