Position Summary:
The Program Manager will act as the administrative backbone of the Center, ensuring seamless coordination between academic leadership, faculty, students, operations, and support services. This role demands a proactive, process-oriented individual who can manage complex workflows in an educational and mission-driven setup and can orchestrate and coordinate work of various teams under one umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
- Centrally program manage tasks of various teams (academic, administrative, HR, Media/PR, leadership) and help achieve coherent output from their collaborative efforts.
- Orchestrate and coordinate work of various teams under one umbrella.
- Serve as the central communication bridge between Director, Heads of Departments (HODs), and other teams.
- Coordinate scheduling, event planning, academic calendars, and institutional reporting.
- Track project timelines, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with institutional goals.
- Liaise with different stakeholders including internal teams, government bodies, and community representatives to create visibility for the center on broader platforms.
- Coordinate logistics for assessments, mock tests, and academic reviews.
- Prepare detailed reports on institutional performance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support HR in onboarding, training, and compliance processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions for efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong inclination to work in social and community settings (Prior CSR experience)
- Master’s degree (Social works, Education Administration, Public Policy, MBA or equivalent).
- 5+ years of administrative experience (preferably in the education/social sector).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and data handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
