As a Technical Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering high\-quality assessment solutions by configuring workflows, validating system outputs, assisting testing activities, and improving operational processes. **What you'll be doing** * Configure client assessment workflows across SHL platforms to meet project requirements. * Validate system configurations, reports and customer deliverables before release. * Support Project Managers with technical setup, workflow validation and issue resolution. * Monitor automated workflows, investigate exceptions and resolve operational issues. * Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements and system updates. * Record defects, retest fixes and maintain accurate testing documentation. * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality and automation. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high\-quality project delivery.

**What we're looking for**

**Essential** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving ability * Experience configuring systems or operational workflows

**Desirable** * Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet or Power Platform * Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) * Familiarity with SaaS or workflow\-based platforms * Experience with reporting or operational dashboards
