Job Title: Full-Time US CMA Faculty
Location: Bengaluru (Yeshwanthpur / Koramangala)
Mode: On-site (Classroom Teaching)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
Simandhar Education is looking for qualified and enthusiastic US CMA professionals to join our academic team as Full-Time Faculty Members. The role involves delivering impactful classroom training, mentoring students, and helping aspiring management accounting professionals achieve their certification goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions for US CMA:
- Part 1: Financial Planning, Performance & Analytics
- Part 2: Strategic Financial Management
- Ensure high-quality academic delivery aligned with the CMA curriculum and learning resources.
- Conduct assessments, revision sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
- Guide students on exam preparation strategies, study planning, and career development.
- Track student progress and provide academic support to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the academic and student support teams to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory qualification: US CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
- Industry experience in FP&A, Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Corporate Finance, or related areas preferred.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and conceptual teaching skills.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office and relocate if required.
