**Job Description – HR Assistant**

Sky Gold \& Diamonds Ltd. is one of India's leading Gold \& Diamond Jewelry Manufacturing companies, committed to excellence, innovation, and quality. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to strengthen our Human Resources team and support our growing workforce.
**Position : HR Executive**
**Job Location** : Nerul, Navi Mumbai
**Experience** : 2–5 Years (Candidates from Jewellery Manufacturing or Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.)
**Qualification**
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or MSW (HR) * Graduate with relevant HR experience may also apply.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition * Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for technical and non\-technical positions. * Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, and employee referrals. * Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage offer rollouts. * Ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
**Employee Onboarding \& Documentation**
* Conduct joining formalities and HR induction. * Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, experience letters, and relieving letters. * Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
**HR Operations**
* Maintain employee attendance and leave records. * Update and maintain employee data in the HRMS. * Coordinate with payroll by providing attendance and employee\-related inputs. * Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
**Employee Engagement**
* Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives. * Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations. * Support grievance handling and employee retention initiatives.
**Performance Management**
* Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes. * Assist in performance appraisal cycles and employee development initiatives.
**Compliance**
* Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. * Maintain HR records and reports as required by management.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good knowledge of HR processes and labour laws. * Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management. * Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Experience with HRMS software is preferred. * Strong organizational and coordination skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Preferred Candidate**
* Experience in Jewellery Manufacturing, Gold \& Diamond Industry, or Manufacturing Sector. * Immediate joiners will be preferred. * Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or nearby locations will be given preference.
**Salary**
As per company standards and candidate experience.
