Position : HR Executive
Job Location : Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Experience : 2–5 Years (Candidates from Jewellery Manufacturing or Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.)
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or MSW (HR)
- Graduate with relevant HR experience may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Conduct joining formalities and HR induction.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Update and maintain employee data in the HRMS.
- Coordinate with payroll by providing attendance and employee-related inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
- Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Support grievance handling and employee retention initiatives.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes.
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and employee development initiatives.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain HR records and reports as required by management.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRMS software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Jewellery Manufacturing, Gold & Diamond Industry, or Manufacturing Sector.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or nearby locations will be given preference.
Salary
