Responsibilities:

Own overall program delivery, governance, risk management, and escalations while serving as the primary technical partner to client executives and principal engineers.

Drive architectural decisions across cloud, data, security, and compliance; author design records and evaluate technical trade-offs.

Provide hands-on guidance on GCP architecture, data platform implementations, and modern cloud engineering patterns.

Align business objectives with technical solutions and strict regulatory standards (GxP, compliance, auditability).

Mentor cross-functional engineering squads and enforce modern engineering, CI/CD, and quality best practices.
Skills:
-
6+ years of progressive experience in technical delivery leadership, cloud architecture, or data engineering.

Deep, hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise data and cloud solutions on GCP.

Proven engineering and architecture background with direct involvement in technical decision-making and implementation.

Track record of delivering large-scale data platforms, pipelines, or lakehouse modernizations.

Practical experience delivering systems under strict compliance frameworks (GxP, pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or financial services).

Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and collaborate with principal engineers.
