Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven US Staffing Business Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end staffing operations for our US recruitment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across recruitment delivery, bench sales, client management, business development support, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership, operational management, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring skills to ensure business objectives, client expectations, and revenue targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery Management
- Monitor recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
- Track and improve fill rates, time-to-fill, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Ensure recruiters meet productivity and delivery targets.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and screening processes.
- Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements.
Bench Sales & Consultant Deployment
- Monitor bench consultant utilization and deployment activities.
- Ensure active marketing of available consultants to clients and vendor networks.
- Reduce bench aging and improve consultant placement rates.
- Track consultant revenue generation and deployment timelines.
- Coordinate with recruiters and sales teams to maximize consultant utilization.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and staffing partners.
- Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery metrics.
- Resolve escalations and ensure timely response to client requests.
- Improve client retention and repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with key accounts.
Business Development Support
- Support sales and account management teams in client acquisition initiatives.
- Track meetings, proposals, opportunities, and conversion metrics.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
- Monitor revenue contribution from new and existing accounts.
- Coordinate between delivery and sales teams for successful client onboarding.
Operations & Process Excellence
- Establish and monitor staffing operational processes and SLAs.
- Analyze recruiter productivity and operational efficiency metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare operational dashboards, reports, and performance reviews.
- Ensure optimal utilization of ATS, CRM, VMS, and reporting systems.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations and client requirements.
- Monitor onboarding documentation, I-9 compliance, and audit readiness.
- Maintain accuracy of consultant records and employment documentation.
- Minimize compliance errors and operational risks.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in US Staffing Operations, Delivery Management, or Business Operations.
- Strong understanding of US Staffing lifecycle, VMS, MSP, Direct Clients, W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Experience managing recruitment, bench sales, and client operations teams.
- Knowledge of US employment compliance, onboarding, and documentation processes.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with ATS, CRM, VMS tools, and reporting dashboards.
Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
