About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – SEO to lead and execute SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, search rankings, website traffic, and overall digital performance for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and SEO analytics, along with the ability to work closely with content, social media, and performance marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
Plan and implement on-page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, and URL structure.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, page speed, redirects, canonicalization, and structured data.
Develop and execute effective off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
Work closely with content teams to create SEO-friendly and search-intent-driven content.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
Conduct regular SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.
Analyze competitors and identify new opportunities for organic growth.
Prepare and present SEO performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI search developments, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with developers, content writers, designers, and other digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of SEO activities.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4–7 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, link building, content optimization, and SEO analytics.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and project-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
