Role overview
As a Visual Designer at SquadStack.ai, you’ll shape how our brand and products look, feel, and communicate. You’ll work across branding, graphic design, marketing visuals, and UI/UX to turn ideas into engaging visual experiences.
We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond aesthetics, brings original ideas to the table, and understands the reasoning behind every design decision.
What you'll do
- Create visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Develop brand identities and visual elements using typography, color, layout, and composition.
- Translate ideas and business requirements into creative, impactful designs with clear visual storytelling.
- Support UI/UX design initiatives and contribute to intuitive digital experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, incorporate feedback, and take ownership of design projects.
- Explore AI-powered creative tools to experiment with ideas and improve design workflows.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of branding, graphic design, and basic UI/UX principles.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop original concepts beyond templates.
- Ability to explain the rationale behind design decisions and communicate ideas clearly.
- A portfolio showcasing creative work, design fundamentals, and the thought process behind projects.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
