Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts Architect to lead the design, configuration, integration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts solutions.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and integration teams to design scalable Contract Lifecycle Management solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts / Contract Management solutions.

Lead requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
-
Configure Contract Types, Contract Terms, Templates, Clauses, Clause Library, Deliverables, Amendments, Renewals, and Notifications.
-
Design and configure Contract Approval Workflows.
-
Design end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
-
Integrate Enterprise Contracts with Oracle Fusion modules such as:

Procurement
-
Purchasing
-
Supplier Management
-
Order Management
-
Projects
-
Financials
-
Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP APIs, FBDI, and other Oracle integration frameworks.

Provide architectural guidance for extensions, integrations, reporting, and custom business requirements.

Work with BPM workflows and approval configurations.
-
Define security roles, data access, governance, and audit requirements.
-
Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.
-
Troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues.
-
Prepare solution design documents, configuration documents, and functional/technical specifications.

Coordinate with functional, technical, offshore, and client teams.

Participate in customer meetings and provide architectural recommendations.
Required Skills

8+ years of overall Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts.

Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

Oracle Fusion Cloud certification.

Experience with global Oracle Cloud implementations.
