We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize scalable and secure cloud platforms, lead the automation of deployment pipelines, and ensure high availability and reliability of production systems, while collaborating closely with development and platform teams.

This role also involves driving DevOps best practices, mentoring team members, and supporting modern workloads such as microservices and AI/ML platforms within cloud\-native environments.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

* Architect, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability across environments. * Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to support reliable and efficient deployments. * Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) for consistent provisioning and configuration of Azure resources. * Lead the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/AKS. * Define and enforce monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to ensure system reliability and fast incident response. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support application, data, and AI/ML workloads within cloud\-native environments. * Manage repositories using Git and enforce best practices in version control, branching strategies, and code reviews.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * 10\+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or infrastructure\-focused technical roles. * Extensive hands\-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including networking, compute, storage, monitoring, and security components. * Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. * Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep in production environments. * Advanced knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes / AKS, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting of containerized workloads. * Proficiency in Python and/or Bash for automation, tooling, and operational scripting. * Solid experience supporting and operating PostgreSQL or other SQL\-based databases in cloud environments. * Strong proficiency with Git and version control best practices, including branching strategies and code reviews. * Demonstrated experience leading production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and driving system reliability improvements.

* Cloud \& Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure (advanced), cloud architecture, networking, security, monitoring, and cost optimization * Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates * CI/CD \& Automation: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, pipeline design, release management * Containers \& Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, AKS * Languages \& Scripting: Python, Bash * Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL (operations, monitoring, basic performance tuning) * Version Control: Git (advanced workflows, code reviews, branching strategies) * Monitoring \& Observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, Prometheus (nice to have) * Security \& Reliability: IAM, secrets management, high availability, disaster recovery

Pay: $100,000\.00\-$150,000\.00 per year
