Flutter Developer Trainee – Fresher

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Flutter Developer Trainee who is passionate about mobile application development and eager to build a career in Flutter development.
The selected candidate will undergo an initial 2-month training period on a stipend basis. Based on performance during the training period, the candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a Full-Time role with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive and user-friendly mobile application interfaces.
- Work closely with senior developers to implement new features and improvements.
- Integrate REST APIs and work with backend services.
- Debug, test, and resolve application issues.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers.
- Learn and follow coding standards, development practices, and version-control workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Continuously learn new Flutter tools, packages, and development practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Flutter and Dart.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals and OOP concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Flutter widgets and UI development.
- Understanding of mobile application development concepts.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub is a plus.
- Knowledge of state management such as Provider, GetX, Bloc, or Riverpod is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Eligibility
- Freshers with basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart can apply.
- Candidates who have completed a Flutter internship, training, or academic/personal projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with a GitHub profile or Flutter project portfolio will have an added advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site from our Indore office.
Training & Full-Time Opportunity
- Initial 2 months will be a training period on a stipend basis.
- The training will provide hands-on exposure to Flutter development and real-world project workflows.
- After successful completion of the training period, candidates may be offered a Full-Time position based on performance.
- Full-Time conversion will be subject to performance evaluation during the training period.
