**Production Worker – Powder Coating environment**
TAG Hardware designs, engineers, and manufactures innovative storage and organization products used in premium homes around the world.
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking production team member to join our **Powder Coating Production team.** If you enjoy hands\-on work and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you.
**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 6am – 2:30pm

* One\-piece work flow, packaging station, performing repetitive work in a fast\-paced production environment. Effective communication in English is required, own transportation is required * Assist other workers and assemblers to perform other manufacturing tasks and elemental activities, including cleaning equipment and immediate work areas * The position requires attention to detail, hand\-eye co\-ordination, ability to perform repetitive tasks, the job is physically demanding and requires manual dexterity. * Follow all safety policies and procedures * Communicate effectively in English with superiors and co\-workers in a team environment * Read detailed instructions written in English * Perform quality checking of production against samples * Handover the work area clean, organized with machines caught up to the next shift team member * Package all parts and build pallet quantities according to job specifications * Ensure inspection of parts (visual quality check) before packing the parts * Counting parts, and boxing or bagging production. * Physical handling of materials and supplies, assisting with organizing and assembling finished product. * Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace * Other duties as assigned
**What You'll Bring to the Role**
* Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is an asset * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to operate small hand tools, such as hand drill, rivet gun etc. * Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 30 lbs * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment * Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English * Basic math skills * Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment **Why Choose TAG Hardware?**
