Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the software development team. * Design and implement scalable software architecture. * Develop, review, and maintain high\-quality code. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, API documentation, deployment guides, SOPs, and technical specifications. * Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices. * Collaborate with product, QA, UI/UX, and management teams. * Plan technical roadmaps and estimate development effort. * Resolve complex technical challenges and support production issues. * Manage CI/CD, deployments, and cloud infrastructure. * Evaluate and adopt new technologies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. * 5\+ years of software development experience. * 1–2\+ years of technical leadership experience. * Strong knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar technologies. * Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases. * Knowledge of Git, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Agile methodologies. * Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
Preferred
* Experience with AI, EdTech, or SaaS products. * Experience managing cross\-functional teams. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
