- Design and customize responsive WordPress themes and user interfaces.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and usability.
- Stay current with WordPress ecosystem updates, Gutenberg, and emerging UI/UX trends
- Utilize version control systems and tools such as Git and SourceTree.
- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and technical discussions.
- Deliver assigned projects and tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Assist the relevant managers in improving technical documentation and cross-functional processes.
- Support the continuous improvement of developers through the maintenance and enhancement of learning paths.
- Conduct performance management activities, including: KPI Reviews, Coaching Sessions, and Development Feedback Discussions
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers through: Weekly project consultation meetings, Code reviews, and Technical mentoring
- Contribute as a hands-on developer while supporting team members in project delivery.
