Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise civil and structural works at project sites.
- Review structural drawings, technical specifications, construction drawings, and other relevant project documents.
- Ensure structural works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams on technical and site matters.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Identify structural or construction issues and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Assist in preparing method statements, technical submissions, reports, and other project documentation.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordination meetings when required.
- Ensure works are completed according to the project schedule and required quality standards.
- Perform any other project-related duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
- Preferably 2–5 years of working experience in civil and structural engineering, construction, or related fields.
- Candidates with experience in building structures, reinforced concrete (RC), steel structures, foundations, or other structural works will be an advantage.
- Able to read and understand structural and construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, structural works, and site coordination.
- Familiar with AutoCAD and relevant engineering/software tools will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
- Willing to work at Kapar, Klang
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
