Job Responsibility
- Suprvise construction works and projects at site including supervising general workers and monitor subcontractors to meet proposed schedule.
- Review and study drawings to ensure work accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist and report to Project Manager and attend site meeting if necessary, in order to liaise effectively with all level management and consultants for smooth progress
- Monitor machineries and wastage of construction materials
- Prepare related document , site diary and timely update of work to superior or management.
- To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by superior or management.
Job Requirement
- Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in civil and structural construction/site supervision.
- Good knowledge of C&S works, including structural, concrete, reinforcement, formwork, earthworks, drainage, and related construction activities.
- Experience in supervising subcontractors, workers, and daily site activities.
- Able to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Possess a valid CIDB Green Card.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be considered for a junior position.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
