As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative, proactive and commercially driven Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing activities and help generate new business opportunities.

The Role
As our Marketing & Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering marketing activities that increase brand visibility, attract prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is confident creating content, managing social media platforms, producing short-form videos and supporting campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.
Working closely with the sales and leadership teams, you will play an important role in strengthening our marketing presence, developing engaging campaigns and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns focused on generating leads, increasing enquiries and supporting sales growth.
- Creating and managing engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
- Filming, editing and producing short-form videos, including voiceovers and occasional on-camera presenting.
- Developing marketing materials, promotional content and digital assets using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Working closely with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that attract, engage and convert potential customers.
- Managing content calendars and ensuring consistent, high-quality marketing activity.
- Supporting email marketing, website updates, paid social media and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Using AI tools to improve content creation, streamline processes and increase marketing efficiency.
- Monitoring campaign performance, tracking lead generation results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who combines creativity with a strong commercial mindset and understands how effective marketing contributes directly to sales and business growth.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation or a similar marketing role.
- A strong understanding of lead generation and how to turn marketing activity into genuine business opportunities.
- Experience creating engaging social media content, particularly short-form video.
- Confidence filming, editing, recording voiceovers and presenting content when required.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar content creation and editing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- A proactive, creative and results-driven approach, with the confidence to take ownership of marketing activities.
Experience with Meta Ads, paid social media campaigns, email marketing, CRM systems or B2B lead generation would be advantageous.
