Are you passionate about helping others and making a lasting impact? We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Temporary (ADC-T) to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team. This position is for our men's residential residential facility in Fridley!
💼 Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments
- Provide case management and individual sessions
- Facilitate therapeutic group sessions
- Perform the 12 core counseling functions
- Utilize the Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension model
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings
- Documentation, ITP, TPR
✅ Qualifications:
- Current MN LADC license or ADC-T temporary permit
- Ability to pass a DHS background study
- Experience with EMR (Procentive preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to provide proof of 12 hours of co-occurring training at the time of hire, and maintain 8 hours annually
