Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure Security Trainer to deliver professional training aligned with the AZ-500 certification and cloud security best practices. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Azure security, identity and access management, network security, cloud infrastructure protection, security monitoring, and threat detection.
The candidate should be capable of delivering practical training sessions, conducting hands-on security labs, and guiding learners through real-world cloud security scenarios and certification preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on Microsoft Azure security concepts and services.
- Prepare learners for AZ-500 certification topics and practical cloud security scenarios.
- Train learners on Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, authentication, and authorization.
- Explain role-based access control (RBAC), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and managed identities.
- Provide training on Azure network security, network segmentation, firewalls, and private connectivity.
- Cover Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups (NSGs), Web Application Firewall (WAF), and DDoS Protection.
- Train learners on securing Azure resources, virtual machines, storage accounts, and databases.
- Explain Azure Key Vault, encryption, key management, certificates, and secrets protection.
- Provide training on Microsoft Defender for Cloud and cloud security posture management.
- Cover Microsoft Sentinel and security information and event management (SIEM) concepts, where applicable.
- Explain security monitoring, logging, threat detection, incident investigation, and response.
- Train learners on governance, regulatory compliance, security policies, and Azure Policy.
- Explain secure application access, private endpoints, and network connectivity protection.
- Conduct hands-on labs covering security configuration, vulnerability assessment, and remediation.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Guide learners through real-world security case studies and troubleshooting scenarios.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure security.
- Good understanding of cloud security architecture and security best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, and identity protection.
- Knowledge of Azure networking security, firewalls, NSGs, WAF, and DDoS protection.
- Experience securing Azure virtual machines, storage, databases, and cloud resources.
- Knowledge of Azure Key Vault, encryption, and secrets management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Cloud and security posture management.
- Understanding of Azure Monitor, diagnostic logs, security alerts, and incident response.
- Knowledge of Azure Policy, governance, compliance, and resource security.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain complex security concepts through practical examples and hands-on demonstrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate certification or equivalent practical expertise.
- Previous experience as an Azure Security Engineer, Cloud Security Consultant, or Technical Trainer.
- Experience implementing and managing security controls in enterprise Azure environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel, SIEM/SOAR, threat detection, and security incident response.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment, cloud security audits, and remediation.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and secure cloud deployment practices.
- Experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online technical training.
- Experience preparing learners for Microsoft Azure certification exams is an advantage.

Pay: ₹457,000.00 - ₹1,820,000.00 per year
