- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient running of the business.
- Recruit, train, manage and develop store employees as required.
- Prepare and manage staff rosters and shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Implement and execute promotions, procedures, policies and operational standards issued by Head Office.
- Monitor and control stock levels, stock movement and stock losses.
- Implement effective stock-loss prevention measures and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Conduct cross-training and development of employees and Assistant Managers to maintain operational continuity and productivity.
- Deliver excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer complaints and disputes.
- Monitor store performance and ensure employees meet operational and service standards.
- Ensure the store is maintained in a clean, organised and attractive condition at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements and applicable labour legislation.
Required skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of labour law and HR practices.
- Strong retail operations and management skills.

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- A degree or diploma in Business Management, Retail Management or a related field will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
