Job Description
Vector Outsourcing Solutions Phils., Inc. is looking for a dynamic, creative, and engaging HR professional, with specialization in Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement. We need someone who has experience in payroll processing, as well as planning/spearheading activities for employees.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan, spearhead, and execute periodic activities for employees that can foster camaraderie, teamwork, and other areas of interest.
- Work with other departments in identifying areas for improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Build relationships with team leadership and staff.
Others:
- Track and maintain departmental timelines and events.
- Support other HR functions if needed (employee documentation, liaise with other external providers, etc.)
- Perform payroll tasks as needed
