Join our team as a Joget Programmer / Joget Developer, responsible for building and maintaining business applications using the Joget low-code platform. The ideal candidate has strong experience in application development, workflow automation, Java development, database management, and system integration. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, test, and enhance enterprise applications aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business applications using the Joget platform, including forms, workflows, and user views.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver application enhancements based on business requirements and conceptual designs.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including UI layouts, table designs, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and report layouts.
- Conduct Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and data validation for new modules and enhancements.
- Provide development effort estimates for application enhancements.
- Participate in technical design reviews to ensure solutions align with architecture standards and guidelines.
- Serve as a technical resource during test case creation and business/technical discussions.
- Respond to service desk escalations and provide timely issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant application development experience.
- Strong experience with:
- Joget App Builder, Form Builder, Datalist, and Userview
- Workflow design and process mapping
- Java development for custom plugins, hash variables, and form validators
- SQL (Oracle or MySQL), data source configuration, custom queries, and form binders
- JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for UI customization
- Role-based access management and approval routing
- Relational Databases (RDBMS) and PL/SQL
- Oracle Development Environment
- SDLC methodologies and software development best practices
- Analytical thinker with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Experience with end-to-end SDLC processes.
- Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
- Joget plugin development and deployment.
- REST API integration (consuming and exposing services from Joget applications).
- Apache Tomcat administration.
- Experience migrating manual or spreadsheet-based processes into workflow applications.
- Insurance industry knowledge.
- Technical documentation and systems design experience.
