Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Jr. UI/UX & System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, as well as a solid understanding of system engineering principles. They will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our products and services, as well as ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our products and services.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards.
- Implement and maintain scalable and reliable systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate design elements into software.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and system engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX and system engineering.
- Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
- Solid understanding of system engineering principles.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end development technologies such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary Range: 3,00,000 INR - 6,00,000 INR Per Annum
