WebXeros Solutions is hiring for an experienced Senior PPC Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Display) and Facebook/Meta Ads, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining performance, quality, and deadlines.
- Conduct keyword research, bid management, search term analysis, and negative keyword optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improving ROI, conversions, and overall account performance.
- Identify digital marketing trends and implement new strategies to improve campaign results.
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Analyze campaign data and perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Communicate with clients professionally through calls, emails, and messages.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in PPC/Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads – Search, Shopping & Display.
- Good working knowledge of Facebook/Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work effectively under deadlines.
