Windows Server Admin
Windows server admin
Year of Experience: Minimum 5+ relevant years of exp
Primary Skill:
Server Administration (Physical and virtual concepts)
Physical datacenter Migration, troubleshooting issues for windows
Secondary Skills:
Add on knowledge on Basic understanding on azure, VMWare Vconverter, AVS
Key Responsibilities:
Server Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and patch management, Troubleshooting issues.
Migration Projects: Lead and execute data center migration projects, including planning, risk assessment, and post-migration validation.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, migration plans, and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and application developers, to ensure successful migrations and integrations (24 by 7 support is required).
Security Management: Implement security measures to protect the infrastructure, including access controls and regular security assessments.
User Support: Provide tier-2 support for Windows-related issues and assist users with troubleshooting.
