- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Additional Schedule Requirement: Willing to work shifting schedules during peak seasons
Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional and results-driven Team Manager to lead a team, support business objectives, and promote services to existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate has strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with key departments to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and objectives to support team and operational goals.
- Evaluate suppliers' sales trends to identify and prioritize brands for selling and advertising.
- Manage, organize, and drive the successful completion of team projects.
- Collaborate with clients to establish project goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor agents' workloads and ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate results, recommendations, and solutions to concerns with other departments and management.
- Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to maintain quality, meet organizational expectations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of outputs by team members.
- Anticipate departmental needs related to staffing and technology and implement appropriate solutions.
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions to improve productivity and employee performance.
- Perform regular evaluations and performance reviews.
- Prepare and deliver weekly presentations on team performance and operational updates.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business- or IT-related course. Undergraduates may be considered if they have at least two years of experience as a Team Manager in a BPO setting.
- At least one year of experience in a managerial role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and shortcuts.
- Proficient in data entry and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changes in internal and client procedures.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery effectively.
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is an advantage.
Location Requirements
- Cebu City: Must reside in Cebu City, Talisay City, or Mandaue City, or be willing to relocate.
- Baybay City, Leyte: Non-residents must be willing to relocate to Baybay City.
