About this Position
As our Dry Inbound Junior Manager, you will oversee daily inbound operations, ensuring smooth receiving, accurate inventory flow, and efficient manpower utilization. You will lead the ground team, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive operational performance through a balance of data-driven planning and hands-on execution.
Job Description
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Oversee daily inbound operations, receiving accuracy, workflow, and warehouse flow.
- Translate forecasts into manpower plans and ensure optimal shift coverage.
- Lead operators across inbound, picking, packing, and related warehouse activities.
- Monitor productivity, SLA, cost per piece, quality, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Category, drivers/PX, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, health, safety, hygiene, security, and 5S standards.
- Analyze operational reports and drive improvements in productivity, cost, and service level.
- Coach the team, manage attendance/rosters, and ensure discipline and execution on the ground.
