Job Purpose:
To manage transformer project execution activities, including contract handling, coordination, and documentation, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction for both domestic and export orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute transformer contracts, including tracking of key milestones, documentation, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering, planning, procurement, production, and logistics to meet project commitments.
Act as a liaison between the customer and the company for technical and commercial communication during project execution.
Support in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and inspection agencies.
Ensure that the project is executed within the defined budget and timelines.
Maintain and track project documentation including purchase orders, project schedules, dispatch plans, invoices, and customer correspondence.
Handle customer escalations and coordinate internally to resolve site-related or documentation issues.
Assist in billing, follow-ups for payments, and submission of statutory and quality documents.
Comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards applicable to transformer projects.
Qualifications:
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in project execution or contract management of transformer projects
Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes, designs, and testing (particularly for EHV class)
Familiarity with contract terms and execution methodologies in utility and EPC projects
Understanding of supply chain and logistics related to heavy electrical equipment
