The required position is responsible for Testing/Managerial Activities in oil test lab. Manager shall work in coordination Testing Head.
Job description:
Brief job description for the role is as mentioned below
1.Execute internal testing, client inspection & in process testing of transformer oil as per plan.
2.Capable to perform all the oil test of transformer.
3Capable to do root cause analysis & CAPA for transformer failures for improving product reliability.
5.Undertake maintenance - breakdown, preventive and predictive - activities for Oil test lab equipment.
6.Capable to enhance the Oil test laboratory processes to align with ISO 17025.
7.Ensure closure of non-compliance issues related to oil testing activities at the earliest
8.Facilitate Client inspection of transformer oil testing.
9.Ensure calibration of oil test equipment and arranging for maintenance of oil test equipment.
10.Ensure creating & approval of customer test reports.
11.Capable to analysis the oil test report in case of failure.
Knowledge & Skill sets expected:
1.Sound knowledge about all the oil tests of transformer
2.Sound knowledge of transformer manufacturing process.
3.Sound working knowledge on Excel & Power Point
4.Strong follow-up
5.Good on coordination with various functions
6.Target oriented
7.Sound knowledge of NABL.
Qualification & Experience:
1.BE/B-Tech (Chemical)/BSc/MSc-Chemistry
2.For BE/B-Tech - Min 8 years experience in oil test lab
3.For MSc-Min 10 years experience in oil test lab.
4.For BSc- Min 12 years of experience in oil test lab
