We are looking for an experienced Insulation shop Manager to organize and oversee the insulation shop activities of EHV transformer at Plant level.
Job Description:
He shall be responsible for insulation shop operation including raw material handling. The key task is to prepare insulation material inline with manufacturing plan
- Maintaining insulation RM stock
- Manufacturing of insulation items
- Packing of insulation material and supply to stores
- ERP Stock update
- Coordination with planning, store, design, production and QA
Responsibilities:

Overall responsible for insulation shop

Machine upkeep and timely maintenance of machines

Timely delivery of insulation to stores/production

Achieving designed scrap ratio
Skill sets/ Experience:
-
5 plus years’ experience in 400kV Transformers insulation handling

2 plus years’ experience in a capacity of Lead Manager

Excellent knowledge on controlling scrap ratio

Good knowledge of insulation machines
-
Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
Pedigree:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engg/ Mechanical Engg or Diploma in Elect/Mech Engg
