We are looking for an Account Executive who can assist the Accounts Department in their day to day activities. One who can oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining books of accounts
- DATA Entry: Bank reconciliation, Sale , purchase, and petty cash book, & COD
- Statutory Compliance Knowledge of TDS, GST, and other applicable taxes.
- Coordination with auditors
- Preparing FA register and manage financial data
- Review and update books of accounts
- Proper records in Tally
- Preparing & Maintaining Journal Entries on the software
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Managing Bookkeeping
- Preparing Vouchers
- Assist with tax working
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Coordination with accounts Team for ensuring proper Functioning of the Department.
- Any other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Understanding of Generally Accounting Procedures
- Awareness of business trends and online business
- Skilled in Tally
- Knowledge of Taxation
- Freshers Can also apply
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
