Responsibilities
1. IBDP Business Management
- Conduct 5 teaching periods per week (40 minutes each).
- Ensure timely and effective syllabus coverage in accordance with the IB Diploma Programme requirements.
- Plan and conduct formative and summative assessments.
- Provide guidance and supervision for:
- Internal Assessment (IA)
- Extended Essay (EE) (where assigned)
- Maintain high academic standards and provide timely feedback to students.
2. CBSE Grade 11 – Entrepreneurship
- Conduct 4 teaching periods per week (40 minutes each).
- Complete the prescribed CBSE syllabus within the academic timeline.
- Guide students in project work as per CBSE requirements.
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate assessments and maintain student records.
General Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching resources as required.
- Ensure regular student assessment and timely submission of marks and reports.
- Adhere to the school's academic calendar, curriculum plans, and assessment schedules.
- Maintain professional communication with the Academic Coordinator regarding student progress and curriculum implementation.
