About the Role
Join a legal technology team helping German businesses improve how they manage contracts. You will own the sales process from prospecting through signed agreement, working with decision-makers across the DACH market.
What You'll Do

Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based sales.

Lead full-cycle sales conversations, from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing.

Develop relationships with Mittelstand decision-makers, including leaders in legal, procurement, and operations.

Build and strengthen your network across the DACH market.
What We're Looking For

Three to six years of B2B SaaS sales experience at the Account Executive or senior Sales Development Representative level.

Demonstrated full-cycle closing experience, including outbound prospecting and personally owning deals through contract signature.

Experience running outbound or account-based sales motions in the DACH market and selling to Mittelstand accounts.

Fluent German at native or C2 level.

Experience selling to legal, procurement, or operations teams is valuable, as is knowledge of legal technology or contract management.

Experience at a German B2B SaaS scaleup, building outbound processes, or working in an early-stage startup is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €80,000 to €82,000 annually. On-target earnings (OTE, base plus variable): €160,000. Equity is included. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
