We are currently seeking a highly motivated SAP Business Process Consultant - P2P & O2C
Location: Remote / regular visits to the office in Berlin Start: 01.12.2026 Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension Travel: Occasional travel may be required (TBD) Language: English; German is a plus
Responsibilities:

Support the ERP migration from the business process and Process Excellence perspective

Design, analyse and optimise end-to-end P2P and O2C processes
-
Support the implementation and improvement of Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Requisition (PR) approval flows
-
Analyse existing processes, identify gaps and propose practical solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP standards
-
Support process integration across different SAP areas and systems
-
Translate business requirements into functional/process solutions
-
Support testing, validation and implementation of new or migrated processes
-
Prepare process documentation and support change management activities
-
Work closely with business stakeholders, SAP experts and international teams
-
Independently drive assigned topics and follow them through to implementation
What we’re looking for
-
Hands-on experience working with SAP business processes
-
Strong understanding and practical experience with P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash)

Good understanding of PO/PR processes and approval workflows
-
Experience in process design, optimisation, harmonisation or Process Excellence
-
Previous involvement in ERP/SAP implementation, transformation or migration projects

Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into practical functional solutions

Understanding of cross-functional SAP processes and integration between different business areas

Independent, proactive and hands-on approach
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English
