Job Summary
The Reservations Agent is a leading sales and marketing specialist with responsibilities for increasing revenue for all four (4) Issa Hotels and Resorts hotels.

Receive inbound calls from prospective guests of Couples Resorts

Make outbound calls to respond to guest requests and follow up on guest issues

Email correspondences with prospective and previous guests of our resorts

engage in cross-selling and upselling of Couples Resorts services

Answer queries and resolve guest situations.

Convert leads to paying guests of Couples Resorts
The Reservations Agent Must:
- Have at least an Associate Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Tourism Sales and/or Marketing.
- Warm pleasant personality and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Be flexible in scheduling and prioritization relating to task completion and highly self-motivated.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and RDP Property Management System.
- Dependable, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines without much supervision,
- Have the ability to build client loyalty and foster excellent rapport with Travel Agents, Sales Team, etc.
