Ability to support the customer from 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST.

Spanish and English fluency (able to communicate clearly with stakeholders in both languages).

Willingness to travel to Colombia or Chile based on customer request.

Support the customer’s SAP MM/WM needs during the required coverage window: 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring requirements and updates are understood in both Spanish and English.

Handle customer requests related to SAP MM/WM work as directed by the engagement scope.

Follow the client’s process for coordination, issue tracking, and resolution.

When requested, travel to Colombia or Chile to support delivery activities.

Previous customer-facing experience supporting SAP MM/WM users and processes.

Experience working in Colombia or Chile delivery environments (local business processes, terminology, and practical configuration knowledge).

Comfort working in a timezone-aligned support model and coordinating across teams during the CST window.

Adaptability for travel-based support when required by the customer.
We will tailor the work setup to the client needs within Colombia or Chile localization. You will support the customer from 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST, with Spanish and English communication required. If the customer requests it, travel to Colombia or Chile may be needed as part of the engagement.
