We are looking for a Spanish-speaking SAP EWM Support Engineer to provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and validation for warehouse execution scenarios.

Support and troubleshoot SAP EWM processes across Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Picking, Packing, and Put Away.

Investigate incidents, resolve issues, and coordinate fixes with the appropriate teams when deeper analysis is required.

Participate in testing activities, including SIT and UAT, to ensure solutions meet functional and operational requirements.

Document findings and support outcomes to help improve knowledge and reduce repeat incidents.

Maintain ownership of assigned tasks and drive continuous improvement of the support approach.

Work effectively within a hybrid schedule (Mon/Fri remote; Tue–Thu on-site now) while the client transitions toward a 5-day in-office work model.

Knowledge of warehouse management concepts such as Labor Management, Yard Management, and RF Framework.

Prior experience supporting EWM areas beyond core warehouse execution (e.g., expanded configuration or additional logistics integrations).

Experience working with structured testing cycles and defect resolution workflows.
We will tailor the work setup to client needs with Colombia or Chile localization.
