How we work
We expect proactive ownership, clear communication, and a structured approach to troubleshooting and root cause analysis. You will collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to restore O2C process stability, document outcomes, and support continuous improvement through lessons learned from recurring incidents.
4 Days onsite per week
- Provide functional support for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Handle incidents related to:
- Sales orders
- Deliveries and shipping
- Billing and invoicing
- Returns and cancellations
- Troubleshoot issues in pricing, availability check (ATP), and billing errors
- Support pricing configuration (conditions, access sequences, pricing procedures)
- Analyze and resolve integration issues with MM (stock), FI (billing/accounting), and logistics execution
- Monitor and resolve issues with deliveries, picking, and goods issue
- Assist in tax determination and localization requirements (if applicable)
- Support interfaces with external systems (EDI, WMS, TMS, NF-e, etc.)
- Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective/preventive actions
- Execute and support functional testing (unit, integration, UAT)
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, changes, and solutions
- Support minor enhancements and configuration adjustments
- Monitor recurring issues and drive continuous improvement
Experience working with O2C end-to-end support in SAP S/4HANA, including pricing determination and billing error triage. Familiarity with integration troubleshooting across MM, FI, logistics execution, and external interfaces such as EDI, WMS, TMS, and NF-e. Experience performing functional testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and writing clear documentation for incidents, changes, and solutions. Strong analytical skills and an improvement mindset.
