About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have prior experience in education or immigration consulting. You will play a key role in guiding students toward the right career and educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding courses, career paths, and learning solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Understand candidate requirements and suggest suitable programs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture relationships.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Good understanding of the education/EdTech industry.
- Sound domain knowledge related to courses, certifications, or study programs.
- Strong market awareness and ability to identify customer needs.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in EdTech, Education Consulting, or Immigration Services.
- Experience in student counselling, admissions, etc.
