Are you a relationship\-driven professional with a passion for business development and client success? We are seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Account Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of business clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building long\-term partnerships while driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B client accounts across various industries. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision\-makers and stakeholders. * Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and generate new client leads. * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. * Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions to support their business goals. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery. * Monitor account performance and provide regular business reviews. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within CRM systems. * Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience
* Strong relationship\-building, communication, and negotiation skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. * Results\-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent problem\-solving and consultative selling abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to travel locally within the Dallas\-Fort Worth area as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * 2\+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or client relationship management. * Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems. * Familiarity with contract negotiations and strategic account planning.
