FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Boulder Space is a climbing gym in Quezon City looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to lead facility operations, maintenance, and improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping personnel
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Oversee building systems, equipment, and utilities
- Plan and oversee construction, fit-out, and improvement projects
- Prepare maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and manage supplies and spare parts
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and facility standards are consistently maintained
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and keep records of inspections, repairs, and completed work
Qualifications
- Background in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities operations, maintenance, construction, or property management
- Experience supervising personnel, coordinating contractors, and managing projects
- Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general building maintenance
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- College graduates are welcome; applicants without a college degree may qualify with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
