RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute and coordinate virtualization, backup, physical server, load-balancer, firewall and network services; provision VMs/storage; validate recovery.
- Analyze alerts/logs, resolve common incidents and escalate complex cases with evidence.
- Perform approved changes, verification and rollback; update tickets and runbooks.
- Support KT/OJT and guide Junior engineers.
- Lead and review virtualization, backup, physical server, load-balancer, firewall and network services; provision VMs/storage; validate recovery.
- Own complex incident triage/RCA, impact assessment, technical decisions and restoration.
- Plan production changes with tests, validation, rollback and evidence.
- Review engineers, improve runbooks and coordinate customers/vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of production operations.
- Virtualization/backup or network/security; incident diagnosis; recovery or TCP/IP troubleshooting.
- Independent troubleshooting, change control and clear documentation.
- Proven RCA, risk assessment, change control and mentoring.
