RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee privileged-access, file-transfer, file-server and release operations, ensuring approved registrations and configuration changes are completed accurately.
- Take ownership of complex incidents by analyzing alerts and logs, assessing impact, identifying root causes and driving service restoration with clear supporting evidence.
- Plan and execute production changes, including risk assessment, testing, validation, rollback preparation and post-change documentation.
- Review technical work, maintain tickets and runbooks, and identify opportunities to improve operational procedures and service reliability.
- Provide knowledge transfer and on-the-job guidance to junior engineers while coordinating effectively with customers, internal teams and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in production operations.
- Hands-on experience with Windows or RHEL operations.
- Deep expertise in privileged access, file transfer/file server, or release operations.
- Strong log analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), risk assessment, change control, and mentoring.
