RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute and coordinate enterprise job scheduling and monitoring activities.

Configure jobs, calendars, events, thresholds and notifications.

Investigate failed jobs, monitoring alerts and operational issues.

Perform approved changes, verification activities and rollback procedures.

Maintain tickets, operational documents and runbooks.
-
Support KT/OJT activities and guide Junior engineers.

Senior

Lead enterprise job scheduling and monitoring operations.

Own complex incident triage, RCA, impact assessment and restoration.

Plan production changes with testing, validation and rollback plans.

Review engineer deliverables and improve operational runbooks.
-
Coordinate with customers, vendors and cross-functional teams.

Mentor junior and middle engineers.
REQUIREMENTS

Middle

2+ years of hands-on production operations experience.

Experience with JP1 or equivalent scheduler/monitoring tools.

Knowledge of Windows Server or RHEL.

Independent troubleshooting, change control and documentation.

Senior

5+ years of production operations experience.

Strong experience with JP1 or equivalent scheduler/monitoring tools.

Experience in RCA, risk assessment and change control.

Proven mentoring capability.
