Your areas of responsibility:
- Learn about lubricant products, applications, handling, storage and good lubrication practices through coaching, training and practical exposure.
- Accompany Application Engineers and Sales representatives on selected customer visits, lubrication surveys, inspections and technical meetings.
- Assist with gathering and recording information on equipment, operating conditions, maintenance practices and lubricant performance.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of field trials, product demonstrations and application evaluations under supervision.
- Help compile customer visit notes, technical data, trial records, reports and presentations using approved templates.
- Assist the team with basic data analysis, oil-analysis information, product comparisons and technical research.
- Maintain accurate records, complete assigned learning activities and provide progress updates to the supervising team member.
Qualifications and Skills we are looking for:
- A completed diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
- A genuine interest in application engineering, lubricants, manufacturing and industrial customer environments.
- Foundational analytical, numerical and problem-solving ability, with a willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work respectfully with others.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
