An established company based in George is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant from technical industry to join their team Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Grade12 or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in technical industry
- Ability to read designs and understand measurements
- A Sales Diploma will be advantageous
- Strong communication negotiation and inter personal skills
- Excellent product knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new client manage existing accounts and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Generate new sales opportunities throughout bound calls emails and customer engagement
- Handle inbound enquiries and walk-in customers professionally
- Prepare quotations process sales orders and issue invoices
- Follow up on orders with production and logistics keeping customers informed of progress and delays
- Resolve customer queries manage credits and re-invoicing and ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain adequate floor stock and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Identify opportunities to improve sale service delivery and operational processes
