With a growing pipeline of projects across residential, mixed-use, retirement living, aged care, student accommodation and commercial sectors, we're looking for talented people to join our expanding Sydney team.
About the job
As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and delivering client-side projects across Sydney and NSW.
You'll work across various stages of the project lifecycle, from early planning and design through to procurement, construction and handover, collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve successful outcomes.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing projects from inception through to completion
- Overseeing project programs, budgets, procurement and risk management
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring quality project outcomes
- Contributing to the continued growth of GenUrban and GenUrban Living
What you bring
- 4+ years' experience in project management, construction or development
- Experience in residential, living, mixed-use or commercial projects highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
